You’re keeping busy whilst at home, which means we’re managing higher than usual demand. We’re doing our best to get your orders out as quickly as we can. We’ll carry on doing that until things change. When it does, we’ll let you know.

Sold out stocks

We like to be busy and are pleased you’re finding paintpeople products you’d like to buy, but it does mean our stocks are selling faster than usual. The team in the factory are working hard to get more of the products you love back on the shelves but sometimes we’re not keeping up. If a product you’d like is sold out, there’s a back in stock notification on the product page. Enter your email address and we’ll let you know as soon as we have stock ready to ship.

Orders and deliveries

The team are here, working hard to send out your products as quickly as we can. Please don’t forget that our warehouse is closed at the weekend so any orders you place on a Friday evening or Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday morning. We’re keeping an eye on our inboxes and are doing our best to answer your queries over the weekend.

We know that because we’re busy, our couriers are too – and deliveries are generally taking longer than normal. If you ordered from us in the last 3 working days, please be patient – your order will be on its way to you. If you’ve been waiting longer than that, please do let us know and we’ll look into it for you.
