HOW TO APPLY
Simply wipe down your furniture before applying the paint on top of bare wood, existing paint or varnish.
Ensure the paint is stirred well. Apply by brush using even strokes. If you want a solid finish, you may need two coats.
If you want to achieve a distressed finish on your piece of furniture, apply one coat of the base colour, and one coat of the top colour. Once the paint has dried, use a fine grade sandpaper to lightly sand down the areas where you want to see the base colour.
Leave for 4 hours between coats to make sure the paint is fully dry.

The product is fine to be left as it is when painted, you do not need to do anything afterwards if you like the finish. However, for improved water resistance you would need to apply the finishing wax from this range. This will protect the coating from water.

This product is usually applied to a timber surface and this can be quite porous. We recommend the surface is touch dry for a minimum of 24 hours before you consider applying the coating, otherwise any residual moisture in the surface could rise and stop the product from bonding correctly.
