You can return products to us within 28 days of the date of the delivery, provided you have received written agreement in the form of an authorisation email from PAINTPEOPLE. No claims can be considered for returns outside this period. Goods are to be returned at your expense to the original source of supply as specified by PAINTPEOPLE.
In the unlikely event of a product being defective please email us at email@example.com and we will replace the original order.

Our delivery charge is dependent on the value of your order. If your order is £25 or less, it’s £5 for standard delivery. If your order is over £25, standard delivery is free. Next day delivery* is £10 for all orders. Read our full delivery charge information.
PAINTPEOPLE delivers to the UK mainland only, excluding the Scottish Highlands.
